Where movement, control and your body connect.
We are a pelvic and orthopedic physical therapy practice specializing in pre- and post-natal care, urinary and bowel dysfunction, perimenopausal and menopausal issues, and pelvic pain.
Connect Physical Therapy provides individualized treatment to our patients by offering one-on-one, home-based physical therapy services in Lake Nona.
You’ll work with the same hands-on provider throughout your care and receive an hour-long session in order to get the most out of each visit.
We treat our patients with dignity, understanding and compassion. We are dedicated to serving others, regardless of background, gender or orientation.
Our goal is to help you beyond your recovery and give you the confidence to return to doing what you love.

About Me
Hi! I’m Dr. Julia Connor. I received my doctorate of physical therapy in 2017 from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, graduating with high honors and earning the Stanley V. Paris and Catherine E. Patla Award for Excellence in Manual Therapy. Before my post-graduate education, I obtained my bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
As a physical therapist, I’ve spent my career treating adults with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular conditions. Then, after dealing with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction myself, I took a deep dive into the world of pelvic health physical therapy and completed post-professional training across the country to help others struggling with these often overlooked and under-cared-for issues.
My treatment approach is you-centered, hands-on, and holistic. I am passionate about finding out what works best for you to help you connect to your body, regain control, and reach your goals!
